We dispatch from UK stock on working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day where stock allows. An order placed after 14:00, or over a weekend, joins the next working day's dispatch.
A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example where a stock, payment or eligibility check fails, and if payment has been taken we refund it in full. Our terms commit us to delivery within 30 days of confirming an order, a backstop rather than a target.
Every order travels by Royal Mail Tracked 24, a service that aims for next-day delivery; allow one to three days from dispatch. The parcel carries a tracking reference so it can be followed to delivery. Neither Royal Mail nor NorthScientific guarantees a delivery date.
Packaging is unbranded: the outer parcel carries no NorthScientific branding. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
The United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, and nowhere else. We do not dispatch internationally, and we may decline an order whose delivery address is outside the UK; any payment already taken is refunded in full.

The price shown against each product is the total payable. UK delivery is included, as is VAT where it applies. Any charge that did apply would be shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through Stripe; we never see or store card details.
Check the vial and its label against your order: product name, format and fill weight are what we describe at the point of sale and what the goods must match. Then transfer the vial promptly to the conditions stated on the product page, which for every product we sell are −20 °C and protected from light. We are not responsible for degradation caused by storage or handling after delivery. Our guide to lyophilised peptide storage explains those conditions.
If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel for any reason up to 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Two legal exceptions matter for what we sell: sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate rapidly are excluded. A vial whose crimp seal is broken cannot be returned under this right.
To cancel, email info@northscientific.co.uk within the 14-day period with your name, your order reference and a clear statement that you are cancelling, then return the goods unopened, seals intact, to our registered office within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of the return unless we say otherwise; we refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if earlier, of your proof of posting. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are dealt with separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: within 30 days of delivery you may reject non-conforming goods for a full refund; after that you are entitled to a replacement, or a refund where replacement is not possible. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs where possible; for faulty, damaged or misdescribed items we pay the return postage and refund or replace in full.
